2. Description of Service

Taki Sensi is a mobile application that provides:

• Gaming sensitivity settings and configurations for various devices
• Brazilian Sensi profiles and configurations
• Secret Sensi profiles (premium feature)
• Normal Sensi profiles
• Sensi Guru AI assistant for personalized sensitivity recommendations
• Premium subscription features including ad-free experience and unlimited access

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You may create an account using email and password or use the app anonymously.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

3.3 Account Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
• You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us.
• Upon account termination, your access to the App and its features will be revoked.

4. Premium Subscriptions

4.1 Subscription Plans

Taki Sensi offers the following premium subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: ₹99 per month
• Yearly Plan: ₹999 per year
• Lifetime Plan: ₹2999 one-time payment

4.2 Subscription Features

Premium subscribers receive:

• Unlimited access to Secret Sensi profiles
• Ad-free experience (no interstitial ads, reduced rewarded ad frequency)
• Priority customer support
• Access to exclusive features

4.3 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance according to your chosen plan.
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or Google Play Store policies.

4.4 Subscription Management

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play Store.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

4.5 Subscription Expiry

• Upon subscription expiry, premium features will be revoked.
• Your data and preferences will be retained.
• You can resubscribe at any time to regain premium access.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Use the App to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limitations.
• Share your account credentials with others.

5.2 Content Usage

• The sensitivity settings and configurations provided are for informational purposes.
• Results may vary based on individual devices and gaming setups.
• We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of provided settings.
• You use all information at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Rights

• The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us or our licensors.
• All trademarks, logos, and brand names are our property or the property of their respective owners.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

6.2 Your Content

• You retain ownership of any content you create or upload.
• By using the App, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
• You represent that you have the right to grant such license.

7. Advertising

7.1 Ad Display

• The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob.
• Ads are shown to non-premium users to support the free version of the App.
• Premium users have reduced ad frequency or ad-free experience based on their subscription.

7.2 Ad Content

• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
• Advertisements are provided by Google AdMob and subject to their policies.
• Clicking on ads may redirect you to third-party websites or apps.
• We are not liable for any interactions with advertisers.

7.3 Ad Personalization

8. Sensi Guru AI Feature

8.1 AI Service

• The Sensi Guru AI feature uses Google's Gemini API to provide AI-powered recommendations.
• AI responses are generated in real-time and may not always be accurate.
• The AI service is provided "as is" without warranties.

8.2 AI Limitations

• AI recommendations are suggestions only and should not be considered definitive.
• Results may vary and should be tested on your specific device.
• We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from following AI recommendations.
• The AI service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues.

8.3 AI Data Usage

• Your queries to the AI are processed by Google's servers.
• Queries may be logged by Google for service improvement.
• We do not permanently store your AI conversation history.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

• We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
• We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9.2 No Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose

9.3 Limitation of Liability

• Actual gaming performance depends on various factors beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for your gaming performance or outcomes.
• Use all settings and recommendations at your own discretion.

10. Third-Party Services

10.1 Google Services

The App uses various Google services including:

• Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics, etc.)
• Google AdMob (Advertising)
• Google Play Services (In-app purchases, updates)
• Google Generative AI (Gemini API)

Your use of these services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

10.2 Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for:

• The content or practices of third-party websites
• Any transactions between you and third parties
• Any damages resulting from third-party services

11. Data and Privacy

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:
